Shipping from the UK to anywhere in Singapore costs 3,000, and for lighter items (marked on each item) 1,500 . If the total price of your order is over 25,000 , we will ship it for free. If you order multiple items at once, you can save a lot.
Please note that silverware care products will be shipped within Singapore, so shipping charges will be charged separately.
Your purchased items will be polished and inspected, then carefully packed by our experienced packers. They
will be shipped from the UK by Royal Mail International Small Packet. As each item is unique, to avoid any accidents, all items will be sent by registered mail with a tracking number and a signature upon receipt . However, for items valued at £50 or less (equivalent to 50 $), insurance is included in Royal Mail regular mail, so they will be shipped by regular mail.
Products are usually shipped within 4 days after payment is confirmed. (Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays are excluded.)
Please note that there may be delays if there is a large number of orders. Once shipped, we will send you an email informing you that the item has been shipped.
Normally, it will arrive in about one week to ten days after shipping. You can check the delivery progress on the Internet at any time.

At The Antique festival SG, we thoroughly inspect and check all products before packaging, but if you receive a wrong product, or a product that does not match the description, please contact us immediately. We will either send you the correct product (shipping costs covered) or refund your money if this is not possible.

All of our products are antiques or vintage items that are over 100 years old. We inspect the products and, if necessary, repair and polish them as much as possible to present the cleanest items possible. However, if we prioritize the texture of the antique or vintage item, we may leave small scratches, plate losses, dents, etc. as they are. Also, even if the silver has been re-plated, there may be cases where the silver is not completely applied in some places. We will explain in detail each time, so please read the product description and make sure you understand before purchasing. If the
product is damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will make a claim for compensation from Royal Mail and refund your money.
